Want to know about your awesome Bad Axe experience? Here’s the 1 minute rundown!
Axe throwing in Mississauga is growing in popularity among the Peel Region, serving local residents as well as those in Brampton. We're the popular choice for team building events, birthday parties and other special occasions. We're ranked as the top fun & games destination on TripAdvisor for Mississauga and the recipient of their Certificate of Excellence. Bad Axe Throwing is a great place to let out stress and have lots of fun. It's a great workout while hanging out with friends, family and co-workers. We host parties from birthdays to bachelorettes—as well as competitive leagues, like the World Axe Throwing League, which provides rules and regulations for the sport. During your visit, we will provide a safety orientation, axe throwing lessons, practice time, then a mini-tournament and games featuring with all your participants hurling axes like a lumberjack. After learning how to throw an axe, which doesn’t take very long, our coaches will teach you more "advanced" techniques, such as throwing underhanded, throwing two axes at the same time, throwing the big axes, and other cool trick shots. Visit us at our Mississauga location to experience the thrill of axe throwing. We're located on Tomken Road, just south of Eglinton Avenue East - we've got a big bright sign out in front so you can't miss us! Experience an unforgettable time. Book your event today. Firefighters, police officers, soldiers and nurses also get our lowest & exclusive rate.

"Axe throwing & family bonding"
Let me start off with this was the most fun activities I've had in ages! I want to do this again! The rules and regulations are clearly pointed out prior to even stepping in to the range, the main rule was "stay out of the range when people are throwing". A number of tournaments were ran...Read full review
Had an awesome time. Our instructor was great and very informative. We had a blast! Bringing your own food and drink was definitely an advantage. Very good group outing and not as hard as you think it might be.
We had 20 in our group. Peter gave us clear instructions on the key to throwing, everyone was able to hit the target. Great time for all!
"Bad Axe Throwing"
We booked this event for 120 people 4 days ago and everyone is still talking about it. One of the best times I have had in many years. Once you get the hang of throwing, the competitive spirit kicks in and you are off to a great evening. It was enjoyed by both men and women
Great team build and the employees are super friendly and fun! Would be an awesome family outing as well
What are your steps for implementing social distancing?
- We use every other target.
- The coach will maintain a 6ft distance even during training. They will not have any sort of contact with guests.
- Payment will be done at a distance. Guests will place their credit card on a table then step back. Coach will step forward, swipe the card then leave the POS on the table for signature if it's required. Guests will step forward then take their card. Also, if functioning & available, our POS has a "tap to pay" function.
What is the size of the axe throwing lanes?
They are each 12 ft wide allowing you and your guests to throw safely with no crowding from other lanes.
What extra steps do you take to ensure safety?
- We wipe down axes after every event
- We wipe down touchable surfaces after every event, including your dedicated table/sitting area
- Essentially, touchable surfaces are thoroughly cleaned & sanitized

Your bachelor/bachelorette party is supposed to be the single most epic night of your life with your closest friends. No pressure, right? There's no better way to start an epic night to remember than with an axe in hand! Instead of debating which club to go to or the cost of flights, get your crew together for an unconventional night that’s sure to take care of any pre-wedding jitters (or better yet, let out the aggression that comes from planning a wedding).
Anyone with hands can do it and anyone who enjoys fun will.
Like the bridesmaid dress or tux that perfectly fits all shapes and sizes, axe throwing is your all-inclusive sport packed with thrills and excitement. No matter the age or skill level, it’s an accessible activity for your best friend, brother, sister and third cousin. Simply put: no one will be left out and everyone will enjoy a night to truly let loose. Bad Axe Throwing also allows you to bring your favourite party snacks, and even cake. If you have a few party guests that feel axe throwing just isn’t for them (or maybe they have a broken arm), they can still participate in the festivities and watch from the sidelines. We won’t charge them either, because we want your celebration to be about your very last moments of singledom. You deserve to have all of your favourite people there and we’re just awesome like that.
