Bad Axe Throwing is thrilled to announce its first international expansion outside of North America with a new home in London, UK. We are located inside BoxPark at 18 Olympic Way, Wembley HA9 0JT, just steps from the historic Wembley Stadium, home of the England Football Club. We couldn’t be more excited arrive in the heart of Wembley Park. In the works for an extended period of time Bad Axe is ready to upgrade the amount of fun you can have in London before the end of 2019.
The opening of Bad Axe Throwing London marks the first opening in a new country since Chicago first opened in 2017. In just two years we have expanded from less than 10 locations to over 40 and continue to grow at a rate of one location per month. A fully licensed location will allow you to enjoy your favorite beer or wine while throwing axes!
We are bringing our talented coaches and love of the sport across the Atlantic. We want to ensure residents of London have the same amazing experience all our customers have come to love. Teaching all there is to know about axe throwing, we’ll guide you through every step of the process from safety to landing bullseyes. During our open house later this year you’ll be able to try out axe throwing entirely FREE for a whole weekend! Specializing in birthday parties, bachelor(ette) parties, corporate events, team-building or anything else you can get a group of friends together for, Bad Axe is ready to give your party an edge!
London joins the World Axe Throwing League
Bad Axe Throwing London is the 1st World Axe Throwing League affiliated venue in London. Also only the 7th in the United Kingdom (the closest being located in Sheffield). With the location set to open before the end of 2019, axe throwers will have the opportunity to compete in all four seasons next year to qualify for the 2020 World Axe Throwing Championship. Broadcasted on ESPN, the World Axe Throwing Championship brings together the best throwers from all corners of the globe for an amazing weekend of fun and competition.
