We’re continuing our awesome Coach showcase! This coach has continued to show what it takes to be an outstanding member of the Bad Axe Throwing team. Despite the fact he juggles several projects, he always seems to find time for Bad Axe. Anthony is eager and willing to help, and will always jump at the opportunity to aide his fellow coworkers. Constantly being an absolute all-star coach, he has received tons of raving reviews from both customers and employees alike. He has shown his love for the company, and the sport of axe throwing time and time again through his Instagram, that he is quite the axe throwing expert. And with him willing to go between Vaughan, Mississauga, and Toronto; he has been an absolute life saver in multiple instances.

Axe Coach Award of Axellence

Anthony “The Grass” Grassa

How long have you been axe throwing?

Two Years

What’s your favorite thing about Axe Throwing?

The adrenaline I get from a perfect throw, landing and creating trick shots, meeting exciting new people and seeing them have a good time.

What’s the best axe throwing song in your opinion?

Way too many to pick!!! My throwing playlist is a mix of Classic rock, modern and 90s punk, rap metal, hip-hop and a hint of dubstep (I’m very versatile)

What do you tell people who have never thrown an axe before?

Three words: Behind, Step, Straight.  I go into more detail but those are the three main steps that I tell my party and it works every time!

If you could throw axes with any one person in history who would it be and why?

Probably the inventor of the axe just to see what they’d think of this awesome sport.

What do you do when you’re not axe throwing?

Television Broadcasting and Videography! I’m also a musician. Been drumming for 12 years!

What’s a cool fact about you?

I’m the only original Vaughan coach left in the roster. I also have my own production company check out my website and let us make a video for your next event! Petitegiantproductions.com

Do you have any hidden talents?

I’ve been told I’m not a bad singer sometimes my parties catch me singing along to whatever song is playing while I’m coaching

If you were marooned on a desert island what 3 items would you bring?

Does this island have access to electricity? Laptop, drums, and bbq to cook whatever I can hunt.

Is there anyone you’d like to make a shout out to?

My awesome team of coaches in Vaugjan, Sauga, and Toronto whom I love and admire so very much!
